This was my meal at Roscoe's. The Carol C. Special, served with one succulent chicken breast and one buckwheat waffle.

I quickly moved the butter off my waffle. It was perfect with the syrup alone.

You can't have this on a daily basis but once a year, it won't harm you too terribly.
