Description
This is a toasted fresh sesame bagel with cream cheese and smoked albacore with tomato. On top, I sprinkled some of their in-house slug slime, which they bottle for sale.
It's a mixture of onion, garlic, salt, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. It was the right amount of seasoning + crunch... lovely meal.

I looked at the link for that slug slime, so I guess it's just the toppings that fall off some of their bagels?
