Eddie Izzard during his Stripped show at the Paramount Theatre. This is the second time that we've seen him perform and he was quite funny.
I am always with my camera and find ways to sneak it inside venues for obvious reasons. Our seats were excellent - second row on the aisle but there was one problem. An usher was stationed right at the stage entrance on the steps so I didn't know how I'd take photos of Eddie. Undaunted, I positioned my messenger bag and crossed my fingers that the stage lights would be enough if I took photos without the flash. Lucky me, it worked! Photographed in Seattle, Washington. |

We got there really early and ended up being second row for the film and his Q&A session. I snapped quite a few photos then and was exceedingly fortunate enough to meet him afterwards. He borrowed my pen to sign autographs for some fans and after he gave it back, I seized the opportunity to ask politely for a photograph.
